The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron has been a strong supporter of Jordan Reece and his sailing team True Blue Racing having supported the team throughout their youth match racing circuit campaigns in Australia and New Zealand from 2009-2010. In 2011 the Squadron Yachting Foundation also supported the team on their tour to Europe and America and has provided Jordan and his team with the resources and facilities to conduct numerous hours of training on Sydney harbour on the Squadron's fleet of Elliot 6m. Many of the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron members have been great supporters of the team by helping the team out with the use of their personal yachts for training as well as helping out during events at the Squadron and training in the Youth Program.
Aline Van Haren, the youth Sailing Co-Ordinator at the RSYS has also helped manage the team over the past four years which has enabled to the team to compete in events not only across Australia but internationally as well in such countries as New Zealand, America, Sweden, Italy, Poland and Bermuda.
Drift Media Australia provides Estate Master Sailing Team all media associated with the Aberdeen Farr 40 Australian Series.
True Blue Racing was formed in 2009 by Jordan Reece. The team was named after Jordan's coach and mentor David Adams who encouraged and introduced Jordan to match racing and where his passion for the sport was born. The team has had undoubtably had an enourmous support by Jordan's parents, Deborah and Alan Reece who have continued to support Jordan in his sailing career. True Blue Racing would also like to thank past crew members who helped build True Blue Racing up to what it is today. I would like to thank in particular Kat Stroinovsky, Nick Harrington, Kate Brown, Anousha Fluck and Jess Pollard for their commitment to the team from the very beginning.
